• The coach shall not post anything on social media related to the product without prior permission from the company.
• The coach shall actively participate in at least 1 webinar each month organised by the company.
• The coach shall help promote referral sale of the product as per referral scheme.
• The coach shall work with SmartCricket.com social media and tech team for promotion and development of the product.
• Coach is 18 years and above.
• SmartCricket.com can use the Coach's image for case studies and promotional purposes.
• SmartCricket.com can tag the Coach in social media and use his/her name for promotional purposes as deemed appropriate.
• SmartCricket.com reserves the right to call back free BatSense / stop the services of BatSense at its discretion.
• The offer is valid for the first 100 registrations after which SmartCricket.com in its sole discretion may decide to extend or discontinue the offer.
• SmartCricket.com will not be liable for any damage during shipping or any other delivery issues faced by the recipient/Coach. Free Delivery is the sole prerogative of SmartCricket.com.
• This offer may be withdrawn or refused by SmartCricket.com in its sole discretion at any time during the validity of the scheme.
• The free BatSense unit shall be provided on meeting conditions laid out by SmartCricket.com, including but not limited to, an introductory demo session after registration.
